SB Counseling & Wellness is in-network with a variety of insurance plans. Insurance benefits can be used for individual and family psychotherapy services.

Please contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your outpatient mental health benefits. Clients are responsible for the cost of any service not covered by their insurance.

Self-pay

If you choose to forego using your insurance benefits, or if you are uninsured, self-pay is an option.

INTAKE/DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT- $150

FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS- $120

If you are using self-pay, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges. The GFE is available in written form upon request.
