All wellness groups are open. There is no commitment to attend more than one. All groups require pre-registration to hold your spot.

Walking for Wellness is a mindfulness-centered group that invites participants to slow down, connect with the present moment, and experience the healing power of movement in nature. Through guided mindfulness practices, walking, and reflective conversation, this group offers a simple yet powerful way to care for your body, mind, and spirit.

Walking for Wellness meets at varying times and locations around Columbus, OH. Each group is about one hour in length. Pre-registration is required by clicking the “sign up” button below.

$20 per person, per group

Self-Expression is Self-Care

Rooted in the healing power of Expressive Arts Therapy

Expressive Arts is a powerful tool for healing, self-discovery, emotional hygiene, and overall self-care. Through guided practices like painting, collaging, writing, movement, and music, you’ll explore emotions, release stress, and deepen your sense of self. This group is not about artistic skill or perfection, but rather self-care through self-expression.

Self-Expression is Self-Care meets at the SB Counseling & Wellness office in Clintonville, OH. Groups are offered intermittently throughout the year. Each group is 2 hours in length. Pre-registration is required by clicking the “sign up” button below.

$50 per person, per group
